Product Introduction

Non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a new type of environmentally friendly, high-solid-content hot-melt asphalt waterproof coating. It has the characteristic of not curing after long-term contact with air and always maintaining a viscous colloidal state; it has strong self-healing ability, sticks upon contact, and is difficult to peel off. It can solve the problems of waterproof layer cracking, fatigue damage, or premature aging under high stress caused by the transfer of base cracking stress to the waterproof layer. At the same time, the viscosity of the creep material enables it to well seal the capillary pores and cracks of the base, solving the problem of water channeling in the waterproof layer. Non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating can be applied by various construction methods such as scraping and spraying, and has good compatibility with asphalt-based waterproofing membranes.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1.Excellent  creep  performance:  it  can  effectively  absorb  the  stress  of  the  base  course.  When subjected  to  external  stress,  immediate deformation  can  occur,  and  protecting  the  waterproof layer from damage, improving the reliability of the waterproof layer, and extending its lifespan;
2.High applicability: it can be combined with any material to form a stable anti shake coating. It has Low requirement for smoothness of the base layer, no need to apply base treatment agent;
3.Excellent  bonding  performance:  it  is  sticky  when  touched,  difficult  to  peel,  and  can  fill  the deformation cracks of the base course;
4.Excellent healing: When the waterproof layer is damaged by external forces, the damage point will  not  expand,  and  there  will  be  no  water  seepage at  the  bottom  of  the  waterproof  layer. Moreover, the creep effect of the coating can gradually repair the damage point, greatly improving the reliability of the waterproof layer.
5.Excellent  chemical  corrosion  resistance and  chemical  resistance: after immersion test in acidbase and salt medium and thermal aging treatment, the performance remains above 90%

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.Pretreatment:  Check  the  flatness  of  the  base  layer  and  clean  it  well  to  ensure  that  the  base  layer  is  dry,  free  of  oil  stains,  and  free  of  rough  surfaces.  
2.Apply  waterproof  layer: use  special  heating  equipment  paint  heating to  180  degrees,  and  evenly  poured  on  the  base  course,  then  use  a  rubber  or  metal  scraper  to  apply  a  uniform  coating.
3.Laying waterproof membrane: the membrane will be paved above the finished non-curing rubber asphalt  waterproofing  coating  surface,  paving  should  be  straight,  flat,  no  wrinkles.
