Product introduction:
The fluorocarbon film butyl rubber waterproof membrane is a high-performance polymer waterproof material designedfor waterproofing solar photovoltaic roofs on buildings. lt uses a PVDF composite film as the surface reinforcement material, combined with butyl rubber self-adhesive layer and isolation layer, This product can be applied to the base surface through a dry-lay process, forming a "skin-like" waterproof protection. it offers excellent stability for exposed applications without discoloration, self-repair for damage, and shock-absorbing properties. It is especially suitable for exposed light steel structures and color steel plate roofs.

 

PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Excellent aging stability: The fluorocarbon film directly blocks ultraviolet rays, effectively protecting the under adhesive layer, it has strong resistance to long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, ozone, and chemical corrosion.
2. Long-lasting color stability: The fluorocarbon film remains color last for over 5/10/20 years of outdoor use.
3. Superior high and low-temperature performance: it does not melt, blister, or slip under high temperatures, and does not crack under low temperatures.
4. Durability of butyl adhesive: The applied butyl adhesive is equally durable, remaining intact without exudation or powdering after long-term exposure.
5. Excellent water resistance: Strong resistance to water washing and ensures waterproofing under high pressure.
6. Good air tightness: The butyl adhesive's creep performance ensures excellent air tightness and achieves 100% adhesion to the base,preventing water seepage.
