APPLICATIONINSTRUCTIONS:
1.Clean the base layer: the base layer surface shall be smooth, solid, clean.
2. Paving membrane: The membranes should be laid flat and straight, with the long edge of the roll overlapping 10mmon the inner side. Steel nails should be used to fix the membranes to the base every 2m, The long edge ofthe membranesshould be overlapped with a width of 80mm, and the short edge should be spliced with 160mm wide tape.
3.Remove the lap sideisolation film,compacted with a pressure roller.
4. Use hook and pin to check whether the sealing oflap edge is firm or not, then tie the reinforcement and pour concreteafterinspection.
APPLICATION:
Mainly used for the base floor of basement structures, the side walls of underground structures constructed using the externaprotectionandinternalpastingmethod;
It can also be used for highwav tunnels, railwav tunnels, subway sections, and other tunnel or storage proiects excavated usine mining methods.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
1.Forms a permanent organic bond with the concrete, preventing moisture from penetratingthe gapbetween the waterproofing membrane and the structure. Not affected by displacement of the basa layer.
2.There is no need to use a protective layer, workers can walk directly on the waterproofingmembrane after construction,and carry outnext processimmediately.
3.Strong chemical stability, common acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents are not corrosive tothe material;
4.High strength, good elongation and resistance to deformation
5.The waterproof layer and the concrete layer are fully sticky and watertight, and the pre-laid anti-stick method forms a skin-type waterproof structure with the main body of the structure.which isnot affected by the tension between the structure and the deformation ofthe base layer.
